REFUND POLICY

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once the files have been downloaded.

Eligibility for a refund: If you have not yet downloaded your files and have an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase at hellosvgfiles@gmail.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

What we will always fix for free:

• Corrupted or incomplete files
• Wrong files sent
• Files that don't match the product description
